Cancellation Policy
At Quench by Quan, your time and hair health are top priorities. To provide every client with the best service experience, please review our policies below: 📅 Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your final balance. All bookings must be made through our official platform. Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit. Each appointment can only be rescheduled once. After that, a new booking is required. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will lose the deposit but won’t incur any additional fees. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations WILL result in blocked access to future bookings. 📝 Important Notes All completed services are non-refundable.
